Color Careers

I found this webite that tells you what your career should be based on the colors you choose. The Dewey Color System® is the world's first and only validated, color-based personality career testing instrument. It's really neat to see what it says. I think mine is somewhat true. Check it out, here!

Inauguration Ball Gowns

I thought it would be neat to find some Inauguration Ball Gowns that the First Lady's wore over the years, since this year's is fast approaching...not that I am looking forward to it since I won't be supporting our new upcoming President. I am sad to see Bush go, YES THAT'S RIGHT...I am a HUGE George W. Bush fan! I will admit I am still bitter that McCain didn't win....I am interested to see how these next 4 years turn out.

Its amazing how much styles change over the years. I was able to find some really old photos of the gowns, but it was hard! There's not a lot of pictures of these out there. By the way, these of course are all of our Republican First Lady's!! Hope you enjoy.

DISCO!

For New Years Eve Joanna, Chad, Brandon, and I went to the Alamo in Newnan. This place is always so much fun and they always have different events going on to get you involved. NYE was 70s Disco Night at the Alamo...so you had to come dressed in your 70s best! Of course Brandon and I loved this, because any excuse to dress up and we're there...have I mentioned before how much we love Halloween? I think I have! :)

This had to of been the best New Years Eve....we had such a blast! Here's some of the pictures from that night!

Today is the DAY!

Today is the day that I always somehow talk my way out of, today is the day that I have talked about doing for years, today is the day that I start my diet! Now I really have to do it since I'm posting this right!? This is something that I have always put off, and I sure would love to get back into that high school body I had years ago! I know I may not be able to get that small but I want to get close to it. This is going to be really hard work and determination, but I REALLY want to do this for myself!

While doing this I thought it would be neat to find websites or blogs to help me throughout the way, and there are tons out there! I found this really awesome website called Gyminee, its got all kinds of fun stuff on there. You can put in a journal everything you eat, and you can search all kinds of food on there to see how many calories, protein, etc it has in it. It will tell you how many calories you need to eat a day to maintain your weight, and how many calories you need to eat to loose a pound a week. It has workout routines on there and videos that show you how to do them.
So here's to looking like this in several months...don't know if I can look this good?
(BTW...unfortunately this was photoshopped!)
